The developers of Azzurro and Porto Recanti are Frank Cooper and Jeff Henning. They each have over 10 years of experience in developing residential properties in Collier and Lee Counties. Mr. Henning has been in the building business for over 30 years and is the Chairman of the Board of Henning Construction Company, an 80 year old construction company specializing in domestic and international commercial, residential, hospitality and agricultural projects headquartered in Johnston, Iowa. Mr. Cooper's prior experience was in financing real estate developments while with a Florida based Bank for over 10 years.

A sampling of residential communities that the two developers have been involved in are Club Marco, Waterway Point, Waterway Cove and Bayfront Place all on Marco Island, Flamingo Fairways in Lely Resort, Villa Avellino and St. James Building in Old Naples, Avalon in Estero and Eagle Ridge Lakes in South Fort Myers. Together, these communities represent over 484 homes.

The general contractor and builder for Azzurro and Porto Recanti will be The Henning Group, LC, a State of Florida Certified General Contractor. The Henning Group has not only built all of the above communities but is actively engaged in the construction of other residential communities and an assortment of commercial and recreational facilities in South West Florida for other owners and developers.
